as a new graduate, i joined in goertek in 2012. everything was new for me. at the beginning i felt unfamiliar with my job although my job was my major, acoustics. fortunately, there was a training system for us. the one-on-one tutoring system and new staff training helped me understand the work pattern and culture here. i also knew much about product designing and so on. all of these helped me make a new future plan. now, as an acoustics engineer, i not only take an active part in training activities, but i also share my experience with my team. in the process of training ,i grow up with my team together.
